Computer Tech Support Team
We are a student run computer tech support team. Every member is a student, and who is both technically minded, and Qualified in Information Technology.

Because we work together, combining our knowledge, when you come to us, we can provide you with a technician who knows about your area of problems, and can explain and fix your problem in plain English.

We are cheap!, Because of being student, we can't charge much (see rates below) so in the ever competing computer market, you can come to us for quality, genuine, but cheap technical support.

Computer running slow? We can clean it out. Installed a dodgey antivirus program? We can remove it. Want your computer setup for basic home/office use complete with free Office and Malware protection suites? We have got that covered too. - The list goes on.

Whats more, we offer no fix, no fee* and also to anyone who wants it we offer a free leaflet on how to keep your computer running well.

How we do it? We use a remote computer control program and chat program so you can safely, and securely watch us remotely login to your system, and sort out the problem. Should you feel uncomfortable at any time in the support session you can terminate the connection at the touch of a button.

Fees:
We work £10 per half hourly basis. If we fix the problem in less than 30minuites, the the minimum pay wil still be £10. We ask that you pay this before work is carried out as a form of deposit. We will then bill you any surplus money after. If we are unable to fix the problem then we will refund your £10**.

* / **  If the problem turns out to be a hardware problem, we cannot obviously fix this. We will charge you for the time it took to determine the problem, and then give you free advise on what is the next best step for you to take.
