Welcome to the client control panel. From here you can acess resources, tools, and manage yur account. Account Management: FTP Login Link: ftp://heavens-end.co.uk Detail: This provides access to all of your hosted files, and a folder which you can store anything you want in it. So long as it is virus and spyware free! All data on here is scanned with an on-access malware scanner, and backed up. From this you can view, delete, or upload files for hosting. The login is the username and password you supplied us with (uness otherwsie changed) The easiest and most realiable way to use the ftp, is to use the free Viscom Media AceFTP, or other such FTP transfer program. For a tutorail on how to set it up, see here. Note: Becuase of some people's setup, they have problems getting the AceFTP program to work. If so, click here, to view the quick and easy fix. Add FTP Logon accounts If you are using FTP for sharing files e.t.c, you can apply for more accounts, so you can give each person logon details, or just one account for everyone to use. You can even make the accounts set to anonymous access if you want. Click here to add accounts free, now. We are soon to include an email service which will give you unlimimited email address for you to use. It will also inlude a good amount of storage space, and a webmail access service.
