How does the payment process work? -For hosting services, we send you a monthly/yearly email stating the bill and when it is due. If your payment becomes overdue, you will have 5 day to pay before your account is disabled until you do pay. -For Web design works, vary out the work wanted, and then send you images of the work done, along with the bill in an email on completed. The site will then be updates to your servers/ your 3rd party hosters/ other desired destination, such as your personal email as attachment one the payment has been made and cleared. -In most cases we prefer, and only use paypal for the payments. All you need to do is, send an email with the subject titled 'Web Design Quote' to webdesign@heavens-end.co.uk. In the email message, state your name, whether you need the site building from scratch or if you have content for it already, and what you want from it. We will get back to you within 12 working hours to confirm what you want, and ask any questions that need expanding, once we are settled within what you want for price, hosting terms, and the actual site (We can draw up brief diagrams and sketches at your request.) What about a website immigration? For this, again, All you need to do is, send an email with the subject titles 'Web Design Immigration' to webdesign@heavens-end.co.uk State the size of the site - and what exactly you want us to do with the site (E.g, do you want it so we can update it for you, or so you can edit it with the 3rd party program we promote?) We will email you back shortly with confirmation of your request, any questions, your account details we setup, and arrange for you to send us, or link us to the existing site, so we can begin changing it for you. Finally, what about requesting a site update? Attach, write any content you want to be added in/changed specifically, and we will get back to you within twelve working hours or less with a date and time soon after when the updates will commence.
